Order Processing

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, orders for in stock items are usually shipped within 30 business days of placing your order.

If your order contains personalized items, please allow 14-30 business days for production of your items prior to shipment. If your order contains personalized/imprinted glassware, please allow 2 weeks for production of your items prior to shipment.

After leaving our warehouse, delivery time is determined by your location and desired shipping method. Item availability and processing time estimates are listed on each item page.  For orders of multiple items, the longest processing time will apply to the entire order.

On rare occasions, items may be on backorder. In this case, you will notified that your items are on backorder and when they are expected back in stock. If paying by credit card, you will not be charged until your items are ready to ship.

Shipping Methods / Delivery Times

We ship via UPS.  Shipping charges are based on weight and the location to which your order will be shipping.  Shipping charges will be calculated automatically during Checkout.

For a shipping estimate prior to Checkout, you may use the Shipping Calculator located in Your Shopping Basket.

  • Ground Shipping delivery takes 1 to 7 business days (excludes weekends & holidays) after leaving our warehouse.
  • UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. The delivery address specified must be a physical location.
  • UPS delivers Monday to Friday.  If you are not home or are unable to receive your package during normal business hours, please provide a different shipping address during Checkout.
  • We do not ship to freight forwarders.
  • We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Credit Card

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  You may also use a debit card, as long as it is connected with either a Visa or MasterCard. You must have sufficient funds in your account at the time of charge, as we charge for items at the time of shipment.

Having Difficulty Paying?

If you are having difficulty entering your credit card or have received an e-mail from us informing you we are unable to proceed with your order, please consider the following:

  • Did you select the correct card type from the drop-down menu?
  • Did you enter the card number correctly?
  • Did you select a valid expiration date from the pull-down menus?
  • Did you enter your name as it appears on the card?

Also, if you are using a new credit card, please be sure that you have activated the new card before entering it into the order form.

Orders shipping to PA will be charged 6% sales tax.  Tax is calculated during checkout.

Tax Exempt Customers

You will need to provide us with a copy of a resale certificate, exemption certificate or other acceptable proof of exempt status for the state where the items will be shipped.

Once you've placed your order through our website, please submit the following information by email.

  • Your e-mail address and/or order number
  • A copy of your resale certificate, exemption certificate, or other acceptable proof of exempt status
  • If restricted, please include the names of individuals authorized to place tax-exempt orders on behalf of your organization.
  • Title your email "ATTN: Tax Exempt"

While you need to submit this information to us only once for a U.S. government or blanket exemption certificate, you do need to contact us after placing each order to ensure you are refunded the tax on your purchase. If you submit a single-use exemption certificate, you will need to resubmit a new certificate with each order.

Canceling Your Order

Cancellations or changes to your order may only be made during regular business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) of the same business day that your order was placed.  Due to the custom nature of our products, orders may not be canceled after this time period.

To cancel your order send an email stating that you wish to cancel your order. Please have your order number on hand before calling.

Return / Refund Policy

Customer Satisfaction

At, our goal is to offer the finest quality personalized gifts and favors. Customer Satisfaction is our number one

concern. That's why we guarantee most of our products to be 100% Free from defects and workmanship (does not include glassware and ceramics, see below)!

If you are not completely satisfied with your products, you may return them within 30 days for a refund (less the shipping cost both ways).  All items must be returned in their original condition (including their original boxes or packaging). Partial returns are not accepted, you must return the full quantity of the item ordered.  Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.  After 30 days, we will not accept any returns.

You must request an RMA number for all returns and claims. This RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box you are returning! If no RMA number is printed on the box, the package will be refused! To obtain an RMA number and report any claims, please contact us by email at You will be given an RMA number and further instructions on how to return your items.

All orders containing engraved or personalized items (including personalized tags and stickers/labels) are nonrefundable!  Take special care when reviewing your order.  Check your spelling, dates and names carefully.  We are not responsible for any spelling errors on your part!

Damaged Items

Time is of the essence: Upon receipt of goods, any chips, broken items or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours. Claims will not be honored after this period!

RMA Number

You must request an RMA number for all returns and claims.  This RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box you are returning! If no RMA number is printed on the box, the package will be refused!

To obtain an RMA number and report any claims, email us at  You will be given an RMA number and further instructions on how to return your items.

Glassware & Ceramics

Due to the nature of the Glass and Ceramic production process, slight variations and small imperfections are not considered flaws. Variation in materials, production equipment and firing temperature may result in variations in size shape, glaze color, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards.

Custom Engraving & Imprinting can engrave or imprint your custom design or corporate logo on any of our personalized gifts and favors.  Your logo will add the perfect touch to promotional items or corporate gifts.  To submit your logo, simply email the image to

  1. Black and white line-art
  2. At least 300 DPI
  3. EPS, WMF, TIF, or BMP format


There is a one-time setup fee to convert your logo or image to an engravable format.
