Orders in our system waiting for checks run a risk of backorders as we do not hold inventory without the security of payment. We recommend a credit card to secure an order.

Shipping- FREE Shipping charges are for continental U.S. only 48 States. Order Must be over $100.00! Alaska, Hawaii, Air Service and other countries call or email for quote. If your order is not over $100.00 the charges are as follows.

Orders take from 1 - 14 days to ship! Then it can take up to 7 days for shipping! Personalized items can take up to 4 weeks to ship!

Payment Options- At BridalShowerFavors.com, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Check & money orders for payment of your purchases. Sales tax is not collected unless your purchase is shipped in New York! Check and Money order payments must clear before favors are shipped!

Do You Send out Samples or a Catalog? At BridalShowerFavors.com we know how difficult it can be to choose that perfect favor! That's why we send out samples and a catalog! Please place all sample and catalog orders over the phone at 718-525-1402! There will be a minimal charge for a sample or the catalog which will be credit back once you place your first order! So it's FREE after you place your order!

Return Policy- At BridalShowerFavors.com, customer satisfaction is our number one concern. We will do our very best to satisfy each and every customer to the best of our ability each and every time. Any merchandise in original condition (and in their original boxes or packages) may be returned in 30 days of receipt(less the shipping cost both ways).All engraved, dated merchandise or custom orders are nonrefundable! All returns must be returned within 30 days! After 30 days we do not except any orders back!

Time is of the Essence: Upon receipt of goods, inspection 24 to 48 hours is required. In reporting any chips, broken or discrepancies. Since time is of the essence claims will not be honored after this period!
Please note this offer does not apply for personalized items or bridal slips! Items damaged by the customer, such as but not limited to, worn bridal slips; etc. that would render an item unsellable as a new item cannot be returned. Bridal slips maybe exchanged for size or style only!

Canceling Orders- You can cancel an order any time prior to processing. Most orders are processed within 8 hours after the order is placed! There will be a 5% charge on all orders canceled after 8 hours of placing your order! You must call and send an email to cancel an order! Please have your order number handy before calling! If the package has been shipped and you refuse the deliver you are responsible for all shipping charges coming and going including customers in the free shipping program!
